Daily, except Tuesdays, we offer a variety of meditations and Yoga for our in-house guests and group participants. Guests from outside are for the time being not able to participate, sorry!
Our classes are explained and lead; experience is not required.
Our meditations are rooted in different traditions. Some of them are dynamic, others more silent. The common goal of meditation is to look within and develop a quiet mind. Please be here 10 minutes before.
